Summary: All of the staff are super friendly and helpful around both the hotel, spa and restaurant. The spa is fairly run down, both of the steam rooms didn’t work. The changing rooms had a weird smell. The bedrooms were average, the taps in the bathrooms very unclean, covered in toothpaste.

Summary: Its tired (or at least my room was,98). The layout is odd. Atmosphere is a bit drap. Its so big i think its an impossble task making this hotel a modern luxury unless its totally revamped. Location is beautiful as is the main entrance but it peaks there.

Summary: Spa itself and accommodation is excellent, service in the restaurant needs improvement, as does bar service, we were just ignored !!!! lots of others saying the same, not sure if it's a lack of staff or whatever.
