Positive: Great location, huge and spacious, comfy beds, excellent air-conditioning.

Negative: Hired towels a bit past their life. I found the tv instructions difficult to follow.

Negative: Outside was neglected. Large weeds. Spider webs with multiple eggs hanging at the front door. Mop was covered in dog hair. Unable to use the stair lift when asked. There was a decomposed mouse in the trap. Indicating house was not checked for readiness before our arrival.
