Custom features include vaulted and coved ceilings, tile and granite, multiple access points to veranda, see through gas fireplace, and much more. Complete office set up with desk, computer, monitor, and printer. Handicap accessible with wide doorways and halls, sit down jacuzzi tub, huge shower, handrails in bathrooms, and just a lot of space everywhere. Located in the highly desired historic Santa Rita neighborhood. Near downtown and walking distance to the start of the 4-mile river walk and parks on the Concho River!
No shoes in house, no smoking, no pets, no noise neighbors can hear after 9:00pm, no burning of candles or incense.

Summary: The host was great to work with and very accommodating. The house sleeps six but our family is 9. He gave us permission to let my teens sleep on the floor/air mattresses we provided. The young adults and teens absolutely loved the pool table. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was great. The biggest drawback that I think people should know is that while there are 3 bathrooms there is only 1 shower. It was like grand central station filing our grown kids and their spouses and teens and all thru ONE shower to get ready for the funeral and other events. Otherwise it’s a nice house and a great stay.

Summary: This house is awesome! Very large and a nicely stocked kitchen. One bathroom has a walk-in tub and grab bar - great if you’re mobility impaired. The pool table is great entertainment!

Summary: First the photos of the inside on line don't do justice to the place. Having an older handicap person with us. The room and handicap bathroom was amazing. As for traveling around the San Angelo area. From the location of the house. Was extremely easy access to the whole city.

Summary: Home was as stated & met our needs. The only thing was the bedroom across from the Master bedroom was extremely hot & we were unable to cool off the room. We ended up having to open the window to make the room tolerable to sleep in. I’m not sure exactly what the issue was but definitely needs attention. There is only one regular shower in the home. There is a handicapped bathtub/hand-held shower. The third bedroom bathroom only has a bath tub…no shower. This may not be an issue for some travelers but I feel this information should be added to the listing. Otherwise good home for our trip.

Summary: We came in town from out of state for a family reunion, and really loved staying here! It is super spacious, everything is meticulously labeled and available, and it had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Summary: Lots of room with an open floor plan. Easy access to the river walk and downtown shops. A nice neighborhood location in an established location with lots of trees & landscaping. The home has lots of unique features reminiscent of upscale 1999-2000’s architecture and furnishings.
