Negative: The accommodation was two floors up, and there was no lift or help. It was very tiring to haul three full-size suitcases filled with clothes up the stairs. The hosts were elderly and tried their best to help out, but it felt like an imposition on them If the hosts can ensure that an attendant is available when guests check in, this problem can be solved.

Positive: Easy access to the location. Warm welcome by the Host. Very clean and hygienic rooms. Daily room cleaning services with additional cleaning of vessels. Even in the peak cold season, warm room temperature set in the A/C. Well secured and independent access. Continuous support by the Host for the new visitors to Chandigarh. Positive: The location is easily accessible and 30 mins from railway station. The property owner Mr. Surender so kind and was following up with me all the way till I reached. The property is very clean and is just like our own home. One large living room with a double bed and one bed room with a double bed. The kitchenette with basic utensils was so handy for making coffee/tea. Overall the experience was so good.

Negative: No major dislikes, but it would be good to have big size towels as I do not prefer to use my own towels in short trip of 1 or 2 days and carry the wet towels for the ongoing journey.
