Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This house is equipped to sleep and entertain multiple families. The 3-car garage has been converted into a game/arcade room with pool table, fusball table, some arcade games, a big screen tv, and a bed suspended from the ceiling. Outside, the pool was heated (!), there was a ping pong table, putting green, gas fire table and long patio table. The house has a huge dining room table, 3 rooms appropriate for adult couples, and a big room with 2 sets of double bed bunk beds. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, perfect for if you want grandparents to join the group. The kitchen is fairly well appointed with enough dishes and glassware to accommodate a large group. The home is located near Chandler's cute downtown area that has lots of restaurants.

Negative: My only negatives are minor and didn't impact our stay. Things like burn out light bulbs. The swimming pool vacuum wasn't working, and the light was out at the front entry, but the property managing company sent out a maintenance man to deal with quickly after we reported it.
