Just a short walk (20 mins) down to the beach, fill your days with seaside air, and great places to eat and drink. For some romantic inspiration, stargazing in summer will be a dream, whilst in winter months there's nothing better than winter walks in wellies, also enjoying the hot tub whilst watching the roaming pot belly pig and pony from the comfort of steaming hot water. Many may just wish to curl up on the comfy sofas with the complimentary fizz in hand awaiting your evening meal delivery or rustle up a simple meal using the air fryer/microwave. A hotel-inspired service with a smile is on hand to collect your tray of evening plates and glassware which is readily returned for you in the morning. Now that's good service! Have afternoon tea arranged for a loved one, may you like balloons on arrival or a present laid out ready on the terrace.

Upper Floor
Huge full-length upper-pitched sitting room. Country views from one end and sea view from the other. Sofa seating for four, dining table and four chairs. Bluetooth speaker, electric candles. Lots to admire.
The balcony is accessible from the sitting room by French doors. External tall dining table, other seating for two. Stunning views, and breathtaking sunsets!
Outside
Paddock garden, lawned and fully enclosed beside the animal paddock (pig and pony and chickens live there). Table and chair seating along with a wonderful covered timber structure to sit and enjoy the garden.
Parking is onsite for two cars on the driveway.
Access to the walks along the downs, turnstile just down the road, access to trails in both directions. Walk to Valiant Sailor (nearest pub) or down the hill to the beach at The Warren.
Please note - the hot tub is located in the inner courtyard which is in the owner's space but offers privacy. Guests can also use the outdoor covered bar area.

A mobile phone transmission mast is situated in the neighbouring field, whilst it is visible outside from the chalet and terrace areas you cannot see it. 4G is however excellent!
