Centrally located in Ingleside, Tx between Portland and Port Aransas. Perfect location for coming in town to work nearby or getting some beach time. Plenty of room for your boat or big trucks and all of your family or friends for an affordable trip to the coast.
** Absolutely no animals allowed due to the proximity of the adjoining units.
The space
Located near downtown Ingleside, which is about 15 minutes from the ferry. This is a 3 bed, 1 bath unit that is part of a triplex. All entrances are completely separate from the other units though. The exterior is not attractive, please don't judge this book by the cover. If you like the spaciousness and price, you will find that the siding doesn't matter.
The unit is undergoing an external remodel but the inside is comfortable and you’ll feel more at home than a hotel and won’t be interacting with people sharing the kitchen. Safe, quiet area where you won’t have to worry about your vehicle overnight or while you’re in the beach.

Other things to note
We are 9 miles from the ferry, approx a 15 min drive. Also a 15 min drive to Rockport. A good 25 min drive to North Beach. For your best beach experience I'd recommend you check out the city visitor center.
TheTV is a smart TV and we’ve supplied some dvds. You can bring your Firestick or Roku, there are ports on the TV.
This place is not attractive on the exterior, we chose to focus on the structure being sound and the interior being comfortable.
Give the place a chance; the building was originally a church that was converted into homes for the community.

Summary: Very nice place. Not luxurious but quiet and comfortable. Enough room for a large family like mine. 3 bedrooms with a full bed in each that can sleep 2. Also a fold out couch that can sleep 2 more. Nice bathroom with washer and dryer. Good for an extended stay with family. Good functioning kitchen. Will look here again when we visit family in Ingleside.

Summary: The house was perfect for us and our grown children. We were here for a celebration of life for my parents. There needs to be more than 4 towels for a three bedroom house though.. Other than that, everything was great!

Summary: Easy check in & good communication with owner. Neighborhood was quiet and close to stores. The house was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and the AC works really good! Definitely a great place for the amount charged. Only drawback was that we wished it had a washer/dryer and some more glassware. Otherwise this is a great place for a family to stay! Great location to visit Port A, Rockport and Corpus! Thank you!

Summary: When we arrived the house was yellow, while there the painters came and painted the house, it is a work in progress, but the house is clean and centrally located to everything HEB right around the corner,Walmart right down the street about 4 miles and the house is clean and the beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and we would stay there in a heartbeat again.

Summary: House was very clean and comfortable. Nice size bedrooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom is large and well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, ect. Missed having washer and dryer but I knew it didn't have them before renting it so I wasn't expecting them. Neighbors were quite. Overall we had a great stay. Will definitely see if this is available on our next trip here. Thank you!

Summary: This was just an amazing stay. Having 5 children with us space can be an issue but this house was perfect for a little get away! We had a small issue and the host was so quick and helpful. We were able to go to corpus and port aransas quickly. Amazing little place!!
