Main house of Chapel Vista home designed by The Design Group to focus on red rock & Chapel of the Holy Cross views providing views from multiple directions and from every room. Less than a 10-minute walk to the Chapel and to the Mystic, Chapel, Broken Arrow, White Line & Hog Heaven trailheads. Large lot with stunning gardens & hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Stargazing at night from the property. Solar power system. High-end bathrooms are with Toto washlets/bidets & Victoria Albert sinks.
This Chapel Vista home is designed and furnished for the ultimate comfort with high end mattresses, pillows, amenities, etc. The hot tub and the extensive (carefully manicured) gardens create the perfect environment to enjoy the best red rock views in all of Sedona! The property is cradled by large red rock formations so you have views all around.
This home has an attached guest suite separated by a sound dampening wall that you may rent in addition to the main part of the home. The guest suite has a separate entrance and there`s no shared space to maximize privacy of all guests. The guest suite also has a separate patio and parking area.
The Chapel Vista neighborhood is in a perfectly quiet location, close enough to uptown for a short drive to the best restaurants and shops but even closer, within walking distance, to some of the best trails Sedona has to offer. You’ll have views of the top iconic formations in all of Sedona. You may even encounter local wildlife including the adorable Gambel Quails and their chicks. NOTE: Please be careful and do not feed the javelinas or any other wildlife in the area.
A large drive-through driveway to give you plenty of parking spaces.
The main house corresponds to the original Design Group plan and the original home footprint. A separately rentable guest suite (Guest Suite with Up Close Chapel & Red Rock Views), also designed by the Design Group, was added later. Guests of the Guest Suite do not have access to the backyard, hot tub, Arizona room, etc. Both units can be rented together: see Chapel Vortex Home - Red Rocks/Hot Tub/Gardens.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large bathroom. It has amazing garden and red rock views with its own covered patio and fire pit. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, garden and red rock views, and a bathroom right across the hall. The family room has a very comfortable queen-sized sofa bed. Every room has views of red rocks and gardens. Both bathrooms are completely new with high-end materials. The master bathroom also has beautiful views. The windows of both bedrooms and the family room area have shades to give you full privacy when you need it. Both bedrooms have light-blocking drapes.
**Please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-in if you would like the pool heated. It takes time to heat up and we want to ensure it is ready when you get there.

2. No walking on the pool cover. It will rip. Guests are liable for all damage done to the pool cover

Summary: House and property landscaping is gorgeous! Roger was very responsive and great to deal with. Location is very private and quiet, but close to town/attractions. This was my third trip to Sedona, and the accommodations were by far the best I've experienced thus far. I would highly recommend this place for your trip to Sedona!

Summary: This house is even better in person than online. The views were incredible and it was a leisurely ten minute walk from the front door to the cathedral. The house was clean, the back yard was excellent, and the host was very responsive with the one question we had. We will not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Sedona.
