Positive: Property was good, house was clean, comfortable beds “Quiet hours” are after 10pm but no neighbors around property so it was good
Negative: I asked for an early check in as we had an event to attend to (1-2hrs early) got told they’d see what they can do but wouldn’t be able to tell me til later. Never had any contact, I had to ring them, told to ring back the day before. I was then informed the previous people had checked out 2 days prior, the property just wasn’t cleaned that day and left til the day we were checking in. Had no communication to say if the property was ready earlier or not like I was told I would be on the day. If they can’t do early check in that’s fine but be clear about that. I feel like effect could have been made for having it ready as no one was in it the day before.
