Summary: Property manager was VERY responsive and helpful, and a great host -- would definitely rent from this host again anytime. The property itself was OK - the pictures are accurate but upon in person, closer inspection, the property could use some more attention to detail

Summary: There were several issues with our stay. I will admit to only communicating the first one with the property manager as it turned into a saga and I didn’t want to do any more.This was a trip for a conference/class in Boulder City. So, we cook a lot when we go to these to save money and calories. The stove did not work. I reached out right away and endured a subsequent four hours of trying to convince the property manager that I do, in fact, know how to operate a gas stove and it doesn’t work. They requested I send pictures, make and model, a video of me trying to operate it. It concluded with them asking me to move the stove out and make sure it was connected properly which I declined to do. They finally agreed to send someone the next day. Three meals of food went to waste. Additionally, the upstairs TV does not work. The vent in one of the bedrooms rattles loudly every time the AC/heat is on rendering that bedroom unusable. And, the door to the closet where the AC/heat unit is suctions closed every time it turns on which can wake everyone up too. An overall disappointing stay.

Summary: I live in Henderson and needed a place for my visiting family to stay. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, I can say it’s a very safe, quiet area. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The pool looked inviting, and I imagine would be very enjoyable in the warmer weather.

Summary: This home was exactly what we expected, clean and spacious with a lovely pool. We really enjoyed our stay. The home is in an older neighborhood but it was a very quiet one.

Summary: Our stay was great, the host are very helpful, detailed in their requests. They were also quick to respond to our request they got back to us promptly. The neighborhood is quiet the house is very comfortable and spacious. We were close to restaurants, grocery stores and the Fwy. Thank you for opening the doors to our family.
