Positive: Wonderful location, short walk to the tram stop that takes you to Melbourne City. Lovely gas fireplaces and plenty of space. Comfortable beds and plenty of utensils in the kitchen. Lovely, quiet location.

Negative: There are a few small repair jobs that could have been done to make the stay more comfortable. A broken hinge in one of the cupboards in the main bedroom meant the wardrobe door couldn't be closed properly and the broken handle on the main bathroom door was a bit of a nuisance. Putting a TV in the studio flat at the rear would also be a good idea.

Summary: Our family of six had a lovely stay in this charming, well located residence.
