Summary: This is our third year staying in this house and we love it. The company accommodates our requests and is quick to respond if we need anything. The house itself is laid out perfectly for what we need with lots of rooms for both kids and adults.

Summary: Our families decided to rent the property for a getaway close to the DMV. It was easy to check in, get around Charles Town and enjoy the property. Even with an unexpected 6" of snow, we still found time to appreciate everything the property had to offer.

Summary: This is unlike any of vacation homes I have booked. On the onset, there are homemade, baked cookies still warm to the touch. The house is stocked with items such as fresh fruit, S'mores making kits, and chips/snacks. It adds an amazing touch. There are plenty of activities to do, from billiards to ping pong, hot tub, basketball games. Tons of puzzles and board games. I wish we had more time to do everything the house affords the guests whom stay. Nothing needs to change, please continue to hold the bar as high as you've made it.

Summary: Our stay was very lovely. Everyone had a great time the house had everything you could possibly want. The pool was still open so that was a bonus surprise. An absolutely beautiful property and would love to stay there again

Summary: We had 4 families from around country meet here to spend a week together and explore this part of USA thar we haven't been to before. The house was spacious, well equipped for cooking, relaxing, recreation. Enjoyed the grand piano, pool, theater room, and myriad of games like pool and chess. We liked the ample parking, and house set back far from road so kids were safe. Many thanks.

Summary: We used this property to gather our family for a weekend getaway and do a vow renewal. It was perfect and the snacks and goodies that were there for check in was a huge hit with the family (adults and kids).

Summary: A beautiful home. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of space and a big kitchen for cooking. The snacks and food provided was a nice extra. The only complaint was that I attempted three or four emails and three phone calls before I got an answer to my questions about the house.

Summary: This property is like a self-contained vacation getaway with everything. The house has a mini movie theater, pool table, ping pong table, and tons of games. And the pool with the water slide is AMAZING. Add the gas-powered charcoal fire pit was great for an evening campfire and roasting marshmallows. Everyone had a BLAST. The management company and owner are also EXTREMELY helpful and responsive. Only minor issues worth mentioning are that the listing says there are two pull-out coaches which we did not find (fortunately we had sleeping bags for younger kids) and also there was an issue with one of the HVAC units the first night we were there but the owner helped us resolve it very promptly.
