ABOUT THIS SPACE
Location to die for! Two story Newly Renovated home from top to bottom. This house has never been on the rental market before. We can only occupy a few weeks per year and thought we could share the experience with others. New furnishings throughout. Super quiet dead end street. Amazing light that comes through the skylights. Gaze at the twinkling stars on the deck or in the backyard next to the firepit while the kids are making smores and navigating their way thru the high seas on the pirate ship. Two gas fireplaces with driftwood mantels. Nautical rope wrapped spiral staircase. Sunroom and outdoor shower. Fully accommodated kitchen with all new appliances, and pack light with a washer/dryer for your clean clothing needs. Large screen TV, wetbar and coffee bar are waiting for you to settle in.
There are 2 queen size beds, queen sofa pull out and a daybed with a trundle. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. Enjoy the two full newly renovated bathrooms. No tub

Only a few minute walk to the beach, coffee shop, deli, bakery, restaurant, cigar bar, fresh seafood store, produce stand, ice cream shop and souvenir store.

Summary: This place was absolutely fantastic! Perfect for my husband, my 13 year old daughter and myself. It is beautifully appointed with all brand new appliances and clearly newly remodeled with thoughtful beach accents. It’s a perfect beach get away for a family. Close to many beaches and even walking distance to restaurants/coffee shops and fresh local fruit stand. Definitely a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this rental. Will definitely return for another stay.

Summary: We were very pleased with such a stunning home so close to to so many great spots for our last minute get away. I was thrilled to find that the pictures were exactly the way that the home was meticulously decorated and everything was clean, shiny, and new. The home is two stories and the top consists of the living room, kitchen, bathroom, queen sized bedroom, and also a sunroom attached to the living room as well as a freshly painted porch with Adirondack chairs. The downstairs is also newly renovated with a large master bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom, and a smaller third bedroom as well as a washer and dryer and foyer. There is an adorable circular staircase between the first and second floor inside which is very unique and also has a rope handrail and keeping with the beach themes. I also enjoyed visiting nearby sites including Greenhill Beach, Westerly, and Wakefield and spent a great deal of time at Watchaug Lake which is only a 10 minute drive away. The home is on the street with several very nice homeowners who also enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Michael the host was very communicative and was very quick to answer any questions. I can't say that I have ever had a more helpful host and I have stayed at a lot of rentals. He also was genuinely interested in knowing how he could improve the home for future guest to enjoy as I was one of the first individuals to stay. I have already scheduled another stay as a result of having a wonderful time!
