Contemporary and elegant one bedroom cottage within walking distance to Bellingen’s eclectic shops, cafes, Art Galleries and social venues. Cross Creek Lane to the Markets held on the third Saturday of every month or cross Hyde Street for a swim in the Bellinger river at Lavender’s Bridge. Enjoy Art , Cultural and Music Festivals at various venues In town including the Memorial Hall for Concerts by David Helfgott, Bellingen Youth Orchestra, Sydney Symphony Orchestra or other visiting performers. Take an evening walk to Qudo Japanese Restaurant or Bruno’s for an exquisite meal or to the Cedar Bar and Restaurant to celebrate an occasion or enjoy dinner and music at either the Diggers Tavern, Federal Pub, No 5 Church St or the Brewery. Whatever your reason this location is ideal and convenient for all that Bellingen has to offer
Deciding to do Guest Holiday Accomodation we envisioned a modern, stylish yet homely place where our guests could unwind, relax , be pampered and feel at home. We envisioned offering our guests comfort with country hospitality by being warm and friendly offering our personalised tips so that they would fall in love with Bellingen and its locals the way we did 25 years ago.
So we the owners have painstakingly purpose built this home ourselves over 18 months opening in December 2019 for our holiday guests with some little luxury and comfort details that we ourselves love.
We have ensured that the whole home feels big and spacious with high ceilings and open plan living.
The oversized floor to ceiling tiled bathroom has a walk in shower big enough for two or disability access. The heated towel rail ensures that your towels feel dry, warm and fluffy every time you wrap yourselves in them.
The home is designed and furnished to keep you comfortable with ducted air conditioning, double insulation in the ceilings and walls, ceiling fans and blinds.
The large picture windows and triple sliding door to patio allow lots of natural lighting and breezeways.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, serving ware, pots and pans for your dining purposes. There is a large fridge, microwave, sandwich press, blender for smoothies and 2 hot plates for cooking The Weber Family Q bar-b-q is also great for roasting meat and vegetables.
The large screen Smart TV is equipped with google play and comes with Netflix and Spotify. We also have complimentary NBN internet for streaming your own online movies or music.
We provide you with tea and coffee to start your day. We have opted not to provide breakfast as we are located in town where you have a wonderful choice of cafes for breakfast, helping to patronise our service industry.
Please see our Guide Book for suggestions. The kitchen however will have cooking essentials oil salt and pepper should you wish to prepare your own.
We are happy to consider any reasonable requests and would gladly accomodate them if possible. We would like to make sure you enjoy your stay in Bellingen and would happily visit again.

Summary: We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The property was sparkling clean and well equipped with all the extras you may need. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great advice from the owners on local attractions and restaurants. Enjoyed our meal at Qudo Japenese Cafe. Some upgrades being done to carpark that you drive through to get to property make the driveway a bit temporary, which is understandable with all the rain.

Summary: Beautiful ,new, exceptionally clean Granny flat style cottage behind the main street of Bellingen. The cottage has everything you will need to self-cater and is a moment's walk to the shop.The garden is still a work in progress. Jasmin is a wonderful host who moved our booking forward by 1 night with no penalty as we were delayed by car troubles on the flooded roads. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Summary: Right in the heart of Bellingen, everything is within an easy walk. Quietly situated to the rear/off the main road this well-appointed property is an excellent "home from home". The friendly, helpful owners have presented the cottage beautifully ....I'm scared to give it too good a review in case it's not available for my next trip!
