Split layout w/ 2 living rooms, formal dining, laundry, & spacious master en-suite with dual walk-in closets & jetted tub. So much love and thought was poured into the Bohemian beach details and you’ll feel like you’re in the comfort of your own home! Kitchen has granite counter tops, brand new stainless steel appliances, pantry, desk space and all of the small appliances, dishes, glassware and utensils you can think of! The heated pool and screened-in lanai w/ covered dining area can be accessed from fully extending sliding glass doors in both living rooms & the master bedroom. Other special amenities to enhance your stay include, attached garage parking, Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs, alarm system, grill, 4 bicycles, yoga mats, pool & beach necessities (floats, towels, chairs, wagon, stroller, cooler, toys) & so much more!

Enjoy a 2-3 mile bike ride to Deep Creek Park or several dining options (JB’s Corner Café, K’s Family Pizzeria, Watson’s Ice Cream, Beef ‘O Brady’s, Applebees). Walmart, Port Charlotte Mall, and all other major dining/shopping are a 5-15 minute drive. Don't forget about the historical Downtown Punta Gorda that is home to the very popular Fisherman's Village and many other charming dining/shopping experiences. If you feel like venturing out, Punta Gorda is located between St. Petersburg and Naples-so much beauty in that coastal drive! Last but certainly not least, one of the biggest perks is Punta Gorda is just 12 miles away!
Booking Information:
All bookings have a minimum two (2) night stay and require full payment before arrival, a a $350 refundable damage deposit, and a non-refundable $200 cleaning fee. Primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years old.
Pets are welcome upon OWNER APPROVAL and an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $300/pet.
After booking your stay you will receive confirmation with a lease agreement.
Please Note:
*There is a strict no smoking policy. This home is in a deed restricted community so rules provided prior to arrival must be followed. There is one (1) external camera that faces the driveway only. The camera is used for communication with delivery drivers, lawn/landscapers, and pool care employees only. Owner provides enough basic items like shampoo/conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels…etc for up to one week, longer stays may need to provide some of these items if replenishing is needed.
