Positive: Good location, around 5 minutes' walk to the Wagner Metro station and 10 minutes' walk to Buonarotti. Lots of restaurants, bars, bakeries and several supermarkets nearby. The apartment is spacious with a big TV and Netflix.
Negative: The living room is on the internal courtyard side of the property and is very quiet however the bedroom looks out onto the road below which can be quite noisy. It's not a particular busy road but the traffic noise of individual vehicles was quite loud for this light sleeper (although my wife slept fine).
Summary: Great location & apartment but not for light sleepers

Positive: The sets prepared for bathroom and kitchen needs were very well thought out. The bedroom was spacious. The living room was beautifully decorated and the electronic fireplace changed the atmosphere very nicely.

Positive: Nice apartment, spacious (what we expected considering the price), kitchen was well furnished (although we did't use it). Somehow surprisingly, there were two LARGE TV sets (didn't get the chance to use those, we had many things to do in the city...). A very funny (and, in the end, practical) approach to check in and check out, without much interaction. A lot of instructions on "where to find" stuff in the building. About 3 minutes from the Metro station. Clean area, no problems when we came home late. The building is interesting and clean, very civilised neighbors (no noise from them even though most of the building appeared to be occupied by real locals). Plenty of places to eat around (didn't have the time to really try them during our short stay). Beding was clean, towels came in sealed bags. No major complaints on cleanliness.
Negative: A global feeling of "used" - furniture was a bit old and not so solid in some places, the bathroom would benefit from a really in depth cleaning (it was not dirty, but it was not sparkling either, with the mold around the shower spoiling the generally good impression). The street was noisy until late (or early...), and the windows were not as efficient as they might in this matter.

Positive: Perfect location to visit the city and very spacious apartment. The kitchen has everything for a short stay.
Negative: The bathroom is a bit old and the shower needs to be cleaned more. The couch was full of dust!
