Negative: Place was very nice...however, I stayed during a heat wave. While I understand many European's do not have air conditioning, I think it is about time that they do provide that option. Having fans when it is 35C / 95F+ is not sufficient. I could not sleep...way too hot.

Positive: The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. The kitchen had new appliances and was super clean. The location was right in the middle of the historic area. Everywhere of interest was within easy walking distance. The street was loud in the evenings but the sound proof windows kept it quiet. The weather was very hot while we were there. The host provided an extra fan which was very much appreciated.
Negative: Everything was great.
Summary: This was a great accommodation for our family.

Positive: Our host was very accommodating, and provided us with a lot of useful information. Any questions we had during our stay were promptly answered. The location is in the heart of Heidelberg with many nearby attractions. The beds were comfortable. bathroom and kitchen were nicely appointed.
Negative: Not much. The apartment is on the second story and so there are some steps. We could not see how to turn on a light for the stairs until we got to the first landing, If arriving, or returning in the evening, might need to use cell phone light.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this apartment.

Positive: We loved the location! It was super close to everything. The hosts were absolutely amazing! We had an issue with a lock and the rapid response from the hosts was unlike anything we have ever experienced. They immediately address and rectified the problem and were very pleasant in their interactions! Highly recommend!

Positive: Beyond Perfect ! Super location for the Christmas Markets. The apartment has been been lovingly restored to the highest quality. We couldn't have asked for a better host, Angela was quick to answer any questions and made sure we were comfortable. Her husband Robin took time to tell us the history of the home, and history of the area, what an incredible time. The apartment had a very comfy bed, great shower, a fully equipped kitchen including a washer. Super comfy couch and easy to use TV. The wooden floors are beautiful as well as the high ceilings. There is even a good sized dining area overlooking a lovely street. We had a wonderful time.
