Positive: The accommodation was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The wifi was excellent. The washing machine was a welcome bonus!
Negative: A few minor points: - the bed was comfortable but the bottom sheet was old and didn't fit well. A simple replacement fitted sheet is all that is needed. - The area of garden available to us would have been far nicer to sit out in if the grass had been cut - The only thing missing in the kitchen was a tin opener - but we easily acquired one from the nearby supermarket - the sink in the upstairs shower room was blocked and not draining away - we purchased the appropriate gel from the supermarket and after using that to clear it, all was well. Small maintenance issues like this should be checked so that guests do not have any problems.
Summary: A very enjoyable stay in a well appointed house in a lovely town. We would recommend it to others.

Positive: It was clean and relaxing, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable, I had a great nights sleep. It was very close to the town centre … a real find. I did not use the garden but looks like it would be a lovely spot to relax in.
Negative: The showers were good the water was lovely and hot but the water pressure was a bit low, but still ok to have a good shower.
Summary: Exactly what I wanted in a place to stay.
