Idéalement situé au coeur du village, vous pourrez tout faire à pied ou à vélo : la plage familiale la plus proche est à peine à 700m (20mn à pied) et les commerces de proximité à 100m (5mn à pied) (boulanger, boucher, poste, marché, restaurant, bar, carrefour market, coiffeur, esthéticienne...)
Chai ancien rénové pour une majeure partie en 2023, il reste quelques petites finitions, sans soucis pratique ! Près de 100m2 d'habitation + deux cours /jardin de caractère : Mur de pierres et argile, charpente bois, teck avec un accès direct sur jardin privatif (30m2) avec jacuzzi entouré de murs de pierres sèches de style rhétais, sans vis à vis et un accès indirect sur grande cour commune de caractère arborée (200m2). Mobilier + construction minimaliste et naturelle sont réalisés par Archi-designer. Pkg facile et sécure aux abords selon période.
Au RDC : une cuisine américaine équipée haut de gamme (réfrigérateur, congélateur, plaque induction, four multifonctions, cafetière Nespresso, lave vaisselle, lave linge, cave à vin), un salon séjour salle à manger avec deux canapés (dont un lit 160) : 6 places. Le séjour dispose d'un espace de travail donnant sur la grande cour arborée. Tous deux avec accès sur une cour jardin privé avec terrasse bois - solarium autour d’un Jacuzzi standing, table 10 personnes, plancha.
A l’étage, 3 chambres lumineuses et calmes dont 2 avec mezzanines (une sur cour privative avec lit XL 160/200, une autre sur cour avec lit 180/200 + Mezzanine d'appoint (hauteur faitage 130 cm) avec accès échelle et lit 160 x200, une troisième chambre sur grande cour avec lit 140 + Mezzanine d'appoint (hauteur faitage 130cm) avec accès par échelle et 2 matelas/sommier 90/190 chacun) + une Salle d'eau douche + WC.
Produits de base (huile, sel, poivre, pâtes) et produits d'entretiens fournis.
La maison est idéale pour 2 à 8 personnes. il est possible d'aller à la plage à pied à moins de 800m. Un cadeau de bienvenue vous attends !
