Private lake michigan house ON THE beach!
Enjoy access to a private beach on Lake Michigan. Upper Michigan is an excellent area for sightseeing, fishing, hunting, swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing, jet skiing, snowmobiling, ATV rides, bird watching, hiking, biking, golfing, etc and we are only a short distance from Pictured Rocks, Fayette State Park, Kitch-Iti-Kipi (Big Springs), waterfalls, and much more. Covid free and secluded for any weekend getaway!
House Rules:
~Please be clean and considerate. No smoking or vaping inside the house. There are dust, pollen, and allergen air purifiers in the house to combat viral infections like COVID-19 and allergies.
~No pets.
~Mi Casa es Su Casa (My house is your house) but please still treat this house with respect. This beach house was handbuilt by my grandfather and we are very happy to share it with you.
~Leave shoes outside in patio to prevent tracking in messes, but there are cleaning supplies such as vacuums, paper towels, and more on site should any accidents occur. There is an outside hose that can be used to rinse off muddy or sandy feet/shoes/paws.
~Since there is walkup access to Lake Michigan, feel gear, kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, boat, ski shoes, snowmobiles, etc and other water or snow related activities-
***HOWEVER, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.***
We are not liable for any injuries or lost possessions on Lake Michigan. Please check weather forecasts for the days you will be staying and be aware of the weather, winds, tides, and currents, and if it is storming or raining DO NOT GO IN THE WATER. Summary: We absolutely loved this place. It was very cozy, clean and the host thought of EVERYTHING, plenty of towels, sheets,kitchenware even things for the lake like floats and boards. She is very friendly and easy to contact.We enjoyed the fire pit and the private lakeside beach very much. Location is also great, quiet towns within driving distance to bigger towns and tourist activities. If you are looking for a quiet time with your family or if you like nature, hiking, waterfalls,off-roading and outdoor activities this is perfect for you. Both my kids 17 and 13 years old had a blast.We'll definitely be coming back in the future.
