Positive: Very homey place. I love all the open space and divided rooms. Very clean and organized and they even had dog bowls available for our little pup. My favorite parts about the place are: it's close to stores & luray, the porch with a swinging chair, the jacuzzi, and how clean the place was. Thanks for letting us stay here.

Positive: The property was exactly as pictured. We had a relaxing overnight stay. There is a railroad track across the street so the train did wake us but that was out of anyone’s control.
Negative: Dishes had been put away dirty so we had to clean before we were able to use. This won’t be a concern if the property didn’t charge a substantial cleaning fee for each stay. Our one night stay was almost as much as the fee. If we had a longer stay the fee would be more understandable.
Summary: We did enjoy our stay. It was relaxing once we settled in.

Positive: The property was real nice and comfortable for the three families visiting the caverns. Great location and wonderful facilities.
Negative: We lost power upstairs to all lights and were never able to repair. It did put a hamper on things and made it unpleasant. But the place was so nice otherwise.

Negative: My single complaint is that it was advertised without the cleaning fees which were approximately 1/2 the price of the stay. So we jumped from $180 to over $300 which we weren’t expecting. I blame booking.com for that
