Enjoy our lovely house in the heart of Bellport Village NY, an hour and half away from New York comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 child ( or 3 to 4 adults). The swimming pool makes it even more pleasant, like an oasis.
This is a medium size house (800 sq/ft) with 2 bedroom and a bathroom, and a large living room very comfortable and cozy all year around. Each bedroom offer full linen and towels, brand new mattress and pillows.The living room has 2 sofas and one of them is convertible into a bed. It offers also 2 rattan chairs and a dinning table that can convert up to 7 seating.(folding chairs are conveniently store in the closet if more needed)
The in ground pool is 16 x 32 surrounded by tall trees. The Backyard has 2 dinning table and a coffee table with chairs and 2 umbrella.
The mature plantings give it a park like feel. Walking distance to the village, country club and marina. The house has wood floors throughout, a full basement and has been very well maintained.
Gas barbecue is available to use anytime.
2 Bicycle are available as well.
We are welcoming dogs but you need to let us know first if you have pets and we need to validate it before approving the rental. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE IN THE POOL
