Summary: Listing does not mention there is no central AC. The room unit does not cool the entire house well. Ceiling fans plus window fan make it tolerable. Temps were high 90s and it was pretty warm in the house. Very clean. Plenty of space for the 2 of us. Owner very responsive to questions.

Summary: Property was amazing away from what would be considered town life in Powell! Stars were so amazing as there was no interrupting lights to conflict with the night time view, sunsets and sun rises were beyond any you’ve witnessed before! Property was cute and quaint, very clean and the beds were comfortable! Thank you for providing my family with an amazing place to stay and memories for the whole family to enjoy!

Summary: Overall it was a fine stay, we had plenty of room and the space is truly lovely! There were a couple things that prevented us from being totally relaxed but aren't deal breakers. The sprinkler would hit the window at around 5:30am, BUT the owner had someone come out to adjust it. Unfortunately it still hit the house and still creating a wake up call. The mattresses are a little worn out but we still slept fine. I don't want to dwell on the small things though. When we ran out of some toiletries they gladly stopped by to bring more which was lovely. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and stocked with cooking tools! The house was nice and cool, a very welcome thing during July, and plenty of seating for relaxing with friends. The bedrooms are nice and big with lots of closet space for long stays. It was a clean refreshing space to come back to after each day. Location is good too, just a short drive to downtown in Cody. If you stay here and anything comes up the owners are accommodating and very nice, and aside from the couple of negative things I still had a good stay.

Summary: We had an excellent two nights stay. We enjoyed sitting outside under the trees and taking in the views all around. Our only glitch was finding the house on Google Maps. It took us to the wrong house completely. We suggest you drive down the road and look for the address on a post on the right. The farmhouse doesn’t have the address numbers posted on the house. But we managed to get there and everything worked out perfectly after that! I highly recommend! Lovely quiet location!

Summary: My fiance and I were thankful to find such a wonderful place to stay during our time in Powell. Hotel rooms were so expensive but we were able to find a slice of heaven for great price, beating the hotel rates, great service and a wonderful home away from home.

Summary: The house was great. Very private, but nice to know the owner is just steps away. The only criticism is that you could have put better pictures on the site. Like the awesome bathroom, outdoor "patio" and better pics of the bedrooms. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Thanks for everything!
