Summary: The house needs work. It needs ti be painted along new room doors. Two of the vents in the wall has something in them.Once these items are cleaned up the house would be a great place to stay. The house location was convenient

Summary: Nice sized space. Definitely a work in progress in the repairs and upgrades to the house itself. Fridge was clean, spaces were clean, the bed was comfy and we liked having that TV for background noise while we were there. The kids at the park were a little noisy and the walls weren't very sound proof from the outside world. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

Summary: Nice and comfortable house close to all shopping and food in a quiet location. House was clean and we had access to the back yard, which was a plus. Mr Rufus was very nice and accommodating. He answers right away and checks up on you to make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend his place. He is a very good host. Thank you!

Summary: It was nice and cozy host was very nice and understanding tv cord needed for the front room though but 3 other perfect tvs, and a lot of space in the house
