Positive: The property was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very quaint, with a very nice large backyard. The hot tub was very relaxing and the property was pet friendly. The communication with the property manager was superb!
Negative: It would be more convenient if the check out instructions were posted in the property, for convenience.
Summary: We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Negative: We're pretty sure the sheets on the bedroom in the front weren't clean. They visibly had debris on them & didn't smell clean. We arrived Friday afternoon & left Sunday Morning & the two that slept on this bed had COVID by Tuesday. I don't like the means of communication with Booking.com at all. You should be able to contact the owner directly if there's an issue during your stay. I contacted Booking.com 2X previous to our arrival with questions & NEVER GOT A RESPONSE! I will not go through them again!
Summary: I would've given this place a 10 if it weren't for the dirty sheets because everything else was good

Positive: No breakfast. The location was great for us. It was close to our family who live in the area. It was good having everything needed in the kitchen. The washer and dryer was a plus.
Negative: The only negative was the light over the table was a little dim.
Summary: We totally enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Positive: Cute and cozy little house! Very clean, had everything we needed, good size backyard. It was close to town for all your shopping needs and right across the river from Louisville, KY! Host was very accommodating and easy to contact. Would stay again.
