Summary: The property was as described and check in was easy. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes for use. The pool was perfect for our family. **WE are not pool owners and wasn't aware until the day we left that the storm that came prior to our arrival and left alot of debri also tripped the pool pump breaker which explains why the pool was so cloudy each day. We just cleaned up the branches and leaves and made the best of it The pool service informed us as we were packing to leave. Had I know I would have reset or contacted Samantha. Maybe a note on the fridge that the water should be flowing-moving will prevent someone else from not knowing in the future. Thank You for allowing us to rent for 4 days and 3 nights

Summary: We were able the relax in the fairly private pool for several days and have a little fire in the fire pit, which is all we needed to unwind. Close proximity to amenities is nice in case you forget something, you won't have to drive far and be out all day. The house is old but updated, it has a great character that we liked a lot. Home is well stocked with paper products, linens, and coffee. The neighbors are quiet and we all kept to ourselves. Gas grill works great! New gas stove works great! The host is very responsive if you run into any issues. We had a great experience.

Summary: This is such a charming little cottage. There were 4 adults and my grown children ages 17-24. The upstairs did have very steep stairs, but my kids stayed up there and had no trouble. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The outside space was wonderful especially for the hot days when we were just hanging out at the pool. Did have an issue with the oven not working properly but the owner was quick to respond and compensate us when she couldn't get a new one delivered during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience.

Summary: Very cute place well decorated and comfortable. Beds extremely comfortable. The oven didn’t work and the stairs to the upstairs additional beds is extremely steep and dangerous to climb. There were many sirens all day and night as the hospital is just down the road. The pool was nice and overall it was a good stay.

Summary: This is an adorable house. The cottage feel is brought to life with beautiful decor throughout. You immediately feel at home with comfortable furniture and exquisite linens along with a nicely stocked kitchen and coffee bar. But then - you discover the amazing pool and outdoor entertaining area completely with a nice grill. The attention to detail is incredible. You won’t find anything like this is Jackson.

Summary: We came to Jackson to celebrate daughter’s Union University graduation. Needed a place for 7 adults, 1 infant to stay, plus area to host 2 grandparents. This unique & beautiful older home was perfect! Spacious kitchen to prepare meals with large family table. Comfy living room & sitting room w/bonus coffee/tea bar! AMAZING backyard space with plenty seating areas along with pool & fire pit. As mentioned in other reviews: bring a white-noise machine for nights…lots of ambulances pass by due to hospital up the street. Our HUSHH machine did the trick & we slept just fine! Also, the stairs to the upper level room is crazy steep with tall steps! Not ideal for older adults or young children. Also, showers could not be used at same time…upstairs lost almost all water if main floor shower was going. Just made sure no one showered at same time! Only other bummer was the beautiful fireplace wasn’t prepped to work, which would have been a nice touch on chilly rainy mornings/evenings. Everything else was top-notch: comfortable beds, nice linens and towels, practically unused kitchenware/cookware, and lovely decor. The location for us was perfectly central to all parts of Jackson we wanted: Union U & downtown for farmers market/eating out. Communication with Samantha was fast and super helpful! I highly recommend this quaint and lovely home!

Summary: The place was cute and very clean! The beds were extremely comfortable. A home away from home! Will stay there again. I would love to know where the sheets, pillows and comforter came from! Host was extremely responsive and super nice!
