Summary: We loved this little house for our two night stay in NH. The owners were responsive and delightful to work with. The house is neat as a pin, in a quiet wooded area minutes from downtown Plymouth and the University. We were there to attend my son's wedding and it was the perfect place to be; close enough but quieter than the busting hotel in town. I recommend this spot very highly!

Summary: The property is clean and close to essentials. We were able to enjoy downtime in a quiet area just 20 minutes from the ice castles and Loon Mountain snow tubing. The local food options were awesome. It did snow while we were there but plow service was spot on and earlier than anticipated. They even worked with my husband to shovel out the walk. They would have done it without my husband's help but he enjoyed the activity. Woodstove was a nice added bonus as it is the same model my husband and parents had in their old farm house. Mattresses are comfortable. Bathrooms are great. If we had one itwm for homeowner consideration it would be window coverings in the bedrooms. Not and issue for privacy, the neighbors homes are far enough off, more for light control in the mornings. We are typically up early so it was fine, but on occasion it would be nice to sleep in a bit. Nothing that would stop us from staying again. If your interested in staying check out the local horse trail or sled rides within 10 minutes of the house. Mad River Coffee Roasters was also great for beverages and lunch.
