Summary: When we arrived, it did not appear it had been cleaned since the last guest. The rugs and floor had not been vacuumed/swept, there were dirty dishes, leftovers in the fridge, coffee grounds in the coffee maker, no towels in the kitchen or dish washer detergent. The bathroom and two of the bedrooms smelled like weed and one of the bedrooms had weed left in the night stand. When we contacted the host he said he would speak to the property manager. I provided photos of the weed. He said it was unacceptable and then stopped responding to any messages I sent. Such a shame because the house was very nice and seemed like a nice neighborhood, however the cleanliness was very disappointing and the response from the host was frustrating.

Summary: Overall I would say the property was very nice and updated recently other than the main bathroom. The space could use a deep cleaning. Lots of dust and build up of filth in the bathroom. There were hair balls on the floor and there appeared to be water damage in the main bathroom as all of the wood work was warped.Lock box needs to be replaced as well. It was so cold outside that the lock box was frozen and we couldn’t get the key out for over 20 mins.Minor bathroom updates and cleaning needed before I would say it aligns with the listing

Summary: Three individual bedrooms were great for a girls getaway. It was a great location—close to downtown and various suburbs. Clean, no-frills but nice.

Summary: Overall cozy, owner helpful, some neglect from property management staff. Clean kitchen, living, and bedrooms. Bathrooms still dirty from previous guests, towels not clean (left in washer), but owner dropped fresh reserves promptly. Owner very responsive.to concerns.
