Summary: We really enjoyed our time away at this house. It is clean and has many updated features. We didn’t use the basement but were impressed with the bedroom/bathroom in that space. The washer/dryer were great to have (especially with going to the water park) and the AC was wonderful with the summer heat.

Summary: Needed a place to stay for a baseball tournament for my family. We were 3-5 miles from everything and loved the location. The outside of the property was a little dirty, lots of leaves, grass high, pollen on outdoor furniture but the inside was very clean. I would recommend this house for a family of 4-5 and would book again if we’re ever in Erie in again.

Summary: This property was perfect for our weekend of youth sports. The photos and description were accurate. It's in a great location that is close to amenities; the back yard is still secluded and the porch was an enjoyable, relaxing space. Would recommend! Thanks!!

Summary: House was great for our stay, missed having cable access to local news and weather. Hoped to have a fire but no firewood and didn't want to call and bother manager to bring some. Entranceway could use more sidewalk.
