Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A relative picked up the keys to the unit as we were arriving late. It was a good thing because he found the unit had not been cleaned including not having clean sheets and linens. Fortunately due to the management company, a crew came to service the unit by the time we arrived. While the unit was cozy and comfortable with a wonderful back deck, the primary bathroom shower doors were almost inoperable, the front screen door bottom molding was falling off and the unit could use some updating in the flooring and furniture, compared to the units other family members had rented. I would rent the unit again or recommend to a friend after updates are made.

Summary: The location is great, and we found everything we needed in the well-stocked condo. We enjoyed cozying up by the fire. With fresh snow, I was able to get in a few loops of cross country skiing in the neighborhood.

Summary: We had a terrific stay at Honey Hollow! The condo was charming, welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The downstairs living/dining area was warm and cozy - we loved the fireplace - and with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs (in addition to 1 bathroom downstairs), the condo was just the right size for my family of four. (A couple of others could have easily fit too.) We only cooked breakfasts there but the kitchen seemed well-stocked with pots and pans, dishes, etc. and was big enough to cook real meals in. It was a short and easy drive to the Timberline ski area. There was a snowstorm when we were there and the parking lot in front of the condo was plowed repeatedly. The people at the management company - "Best of Canaan" - were pleasant and check-in and out went very smoothly. If we're in the area, we'd definitely stay here again!
