3 Bedroom House in Aksarben - Elmwood Park, Omaha

Built in the 1950s, this 3-bedroom has beautiful hardwood floors and amazing natural light at all times of day. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor and each has a queen bed and closet available for use. The master bedroom is in the attic and has a king bed & 3/4 bathroom. Note: the homeowner lives in the basement and has her own entrance separate from the main floor of the house.
There is a full bathroom on the main floor along with a full kitchen, living room with TV, and dining room that seats six people. Enjoy some time outside on the front porch or back patio. The backyard is fenced and has plenty of grass for children to play on.
We are in a great location in central Omaha, walking distance to Aksarben Village which has lots of bars and restaurants, right across the street from University of Nebraska- Omaha and Elmwood Park, 5 min drive to Baxter Arena, 7 min drive to UNMC, 12 min drive to downtown Omaha, and 15 min drive to the airport.

Summary: Cute little house that was prefect for out of towners attending a conference in Omaha. It was clean, quiet and a great experience. I only gave 4 stars for around the property due to over grown folige in the back, grass needed mowing and weeds in the flower beds. That would not deter me from staying again or recomending it to family or friends.

Summary: The location was great proximity to downtown, and the property itself was lovely, just as pictured. Stocked with everything we needed for kitchen necessities. Would stay here again if we visit Omaha!

Summary: We were in town for a baseball tournament and this place was perfect. It seemed like we were always 10-20 minutes away from everything including downtown. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would visit Omaha again and stay in the same place.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this terrific house. Cahner was a fabulous host and made our stay very enjoyable. We stayed here as a family for our daughter’s graduation from Creighton, and it was ideal. The location is fantastic - close to everything in Aksarben and nestled in on a very quiet street. The house had everything that we needed and was incredibly charming.

Summary: Good quiet location and very comfortable beds. Warning, the upstairs is probably 7’ ceiling height with a ceiling fan - it hit my 6’4” husband mid head so we had to block that space.

Summary: The Aksarben location is midway between downtown and places to go west. Restaurants are a few blocks away - walking distance. Within blocks of Elmwood Golf Course. Quaint and quiet neighborhood. Three beds, very comfortable! One bedroom (king bed) is upstairs and with a lovely new bathroom. Summer/fall there is a great Farmers Market on Sunday mornings just a couple blocks away. Close to UNO.
