Summary: It was ok. Parking is poor can barley get a car down the drive way. Had to park our trucks on the street. It a shared drive as well. Couch is broken down. Mattresses not great. Ran out of toliet paper . No ac in one of the bedrooms upstairs.

Summary: No air on 2nd floor, window sill air conditioner was on floor in a closet. Need to trim bushes in joint entry driveway as they surface scratched our car. And, neighborhood is a bit more than "ethnically diverse." It's sketchy and run down.
