"Le Paradis Bleu" is a 130 m² detached house spread over 3 levels and can accommodate 6 people in 4 bedrooms.
Ground floor: equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, etc.) opening onto the terrace, living room with TV (110 cm), bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and washing machine.
First floor: 3 double bedrooms (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 single bedroom (90 x 190 cm bed). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
Second floor: Large library with desk, living room with 140 cm TV, DVD and CD player, and stereo system.
Enclosed landscaped garden (1000 m²) with a pond (unfenced) containing koi carp and goldfish. Garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking nearby on an adjacent street. Wi-Fi, a high chair, and a travel cot are available (bed linens provided), a stroller is available upon request, and a foosball table.
Bed linens, towels, and household linens are provided, as well as end-of-stay cleaning and heating are included in the price.
