Summary: House was very accommodating. Comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. The owners were great, very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The seaview park was a hit for our little 18-month old Noah. Location to town was hop skip jump. Market around the corner. Weather was great. Would definitely rent again. There’s no place like Fire Island!

Summary: Thank you, Gary, for your very kind attention paid to make our brief stay very enjoyable. Funny thing, we were lame enough to think that some of the kitchen cabinets were locked - but they're not - you just have to push in for them to open. so on our last breakfast we found the spice rack and there's everything else you could need. We had a great time.

Summary: This house is the perfect getaway! My friends and I spent 2 nights for a girls weekend after not being together for 3 years. It was the perfect reunion spot! The location is beautiful, close to Ocean Beach and just a few minutes to the beautiful Seaview Beach! Gary was the perfect host. He immediately called me when we had a small snafu with limited propane for the grill and we were able to pick up a tank at the local market within minutes! I would absolutely recommend this house to others, my friends and I cannot wait to return!

Summary: My family and I had such a wonderful week at Gary’s home. The location could not be beat, so close to the action of Ocean Beach but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of Seaview. The house is well stocked with anything you might need for a comfortable vacation from pots/pans to cooking utensils to beach chairs/umbrellas and really anything you might need to enjoy your trip. My kids loved scooting around the island while the adults enjoyed the bikes. Gary was an amazing host - we definitely plan on staying at his lovely home again!
