Summary: The house was very well kept minus some rotten food in the fridge and pantry which was a little off putting. There were a lot of clothes in closet which we felt was weird just at a liability stand point. And the owner/handyman came by unannounced midday to do some irrigation repairs and I was unaware of his role in the VRBO. Ann was very cordial and pleasant to deal with. Better communication on some things is all I would suggest. Enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you

Summary: We had an amazing time at this property! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our group of 8 without ever feeling crowded.One of the highlights for us was the game room—my nephews had a blast and it kept them entertained for hours. The layout of the house was very well thought out, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together. Whether we were cooking in the kitchen, hanging out in the living room, or winding down in the bedrooms, it felt just like home!We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, family-friendly place with great amenities.

Summary: Great location. Close to Anetelope Canyon, Glen Canyon, Lake Powell. Very spacious house. Family of 8 adults had plenty of sleeping area.
