Summary: We booked for 2 months in Jan/Feb. This property is located on a very busy, fast and noisey street and needs work. Two rooms touted as bedrooms did not have closets and one did not even have a door (building code?). The landlord controlled the thermostat remotely and I had to ask often for either heat or air!. Back yard had not been cleaned up and the fence is falling in. The grill was in disrepair and my husband had to spend an hour cleaning it and putting it back together. It was still in pretty bad shape. We also had to buy gas. Someone had burned wood chips in the firepit so it was a mess! Egress ouf of the back of the house was restricted by gates with chains and padlocks (legal?) On a positive note, the house had a lot of square footage and was mostly clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very nice. Big laundry/storage room.

Summary: First and foremost; storage closet doors were left wide open and unlocked. There was insecticide bombs lying on the floor in that closet. This was a major concern since we had 2 toddlers in our group that are very active. Second issue; Many of the cups, glasses, silverware & pots & pans were dirty and no means to run them through the dishwasher. We have frequented many AB&B’s across the US and never have we had to clean up upon arrival. Normally basics items like Toilet Paper, paper towels, Hand soap, Dishwashing Soap are basic staples the the Host supplies…….. Third Issue: The back patio & Barbeque were dirty and unusable . The hot tub was a chemical hazard

Summary: The home was very clean , decorated beautifully. Large comfirtable rooms. Michael the host was winderful. Very responsive. The lightening in the kichen could be improved. But overall it was a very pleasant experience.
