Summary: Alan did such a great job. the garden is incredible and the whole property top standard. The location is central but quiet. It cannot get better. Only thing: we would have loved to have a second bath or toilet. There is an outdoor shower, but nobody really used it from us. We definitely would stay again at Alan's house when coming back to Ptwon.

Summary: Everything about Alan's home is beautiful! Coming from NYC & my brother's first visit to Ptown from LA couldn't be any more perfect. Our ferry came in early and was able to check in early starting off the trip a pleasure. 7 days was not enough and can live there forever - location was great - convenient to everything and quaint for R&R. Summary: This cottage far surpassed my expectations! I spent the weekend with my 4 dearest friends for some quality friends time. The cottage is extremely comfortable and we felt like we were in a luxury hotel (no kidding). We were so close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The grounds were impeccable like a step back in time and so private. The outdoor shower was perfect addition with 5 ladies in the house. We will absolutely return again next year only sad that we have to wait that long. The property owner was very helpful answering all my questions, his tips were greatly appreciated...Perfect Perfect time!

Summary: I spent a wonderful month in this pretty house ! The yard is perfection. Great for lying out alone with a book or entertaining a group of friends. A terrific location in the west end...a short walk to everything. Parking for 3 or 4 cars ! I'll be back !

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is very very nice, clean and has the most beautiful back yard. Its very clean and comfortable. It has 2 off street parking spots which is a big plus for this town. Its located in the best location, close to the center of town but the same time nestled in the quiet and charming west end of Province-town. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Always answered his phone and helped with any questions we had. Close to all the beaches. The best part is the outdoor shower that is very enjoyable after a long day on the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. As a matter of fact I booked my self again for next year. Enjoy it

Summary: I have travelled to many destinations but always love to come back to Ptown. One of the reasons is that I have stayed at this cottage and absolutley love it. Located in the West End and close to everything in town, this is truly a haven away from home. The cottage is bright and full of sunshine and the owner's art collection is amazing. The bedrooms are so comfortable and the living area is open and relaxing. There is a fireplace in the living room that adds to ambience. I love the outside garden and patio!! The flowers and shrubery are simply elegant, the outside patio furniture is extremely comfortable and there an outside shower. This home is meticulously clean and well appointed. All the great restaurants and galleries are just a short walk from the home. The beaches and bike paths along the coast are the best. Flyer's boat landing is right up the street and we love that we can walk over to rent kayacs for the day to venture over to Long Point. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else and always feel a bit of melecholy when it's time to leave. The owner is so attentive to all the details that make for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this cottage and hopefully will be going back for many more stays.

Summary: This hidden gem in PTown is a secret I'm almost afraid to share (I've stayed here twice in the last 12 months). The location of this charming home is perfect (no bike needed!) and its private gardens are jaw-dropping; truly a lovely venue for sunset cocktails with friends. The interior is light and bright and the bedrooms are large and on different floors offering great privacy. Fine linens throughout! The pictures don't do the property justice, its interior is beautifully appointed with every convenience you'd want in order to make your stay a comfortably-elegant one. It has all the extras (washer & dryer, bbq grill, etc) but my favorite amenity is the outdoor shower: large and private, with simple walls of wood, it opens up beautifully to a sunny or starlit sky. Kudos to the owner, Alan, for his attention to detail; he gets my highest praise.
