Summary: Esther was great with communication and the carriage house was elegant and comfortable with everything we needed. The place was very clean and we had a great stay.

Summary: Loved the location. The stairs are steep so not good with kids or those with joint issue. I asked to see the garden twice with no response from host so I was disappointed with that. The air conditioning units in windows cooled the place effectively. Facility provided everything you needed. Loved that we could bring our pets! There is a pet deposit that is not mentioned in listing so be aware of that. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Summary: I enjoyed myself! It was very spacious and well furnished. Kitchen, laundry, 2 bedrooms. You wouldn't find that for such a great price at any hotels in Tyler!The host was very laid back and very accommodating!. Will be back!

Summary: The house is really cute. It was not a big deal for us but the listing said there were 2 doors and when we got there, we found out the 2nd door/master bedroom was an additional fee. The house is located in the historic area and the houses around it are amazing. We walked the neighborhood and looked at all the history near by. It was very quite. One issue we had we had wirh the place is the inability to remove sight rhrough all the windows. There are some 2 story houses near by and there was no way to block dBy from seeing inside. There are blinds in the bedrooms but not in the kitchen or hallway. As the bathroom has a really nice clawfoot tub. The water fets plenty hot. The house seemed thoroughly cleaned and bedding and towels seemed fresh. The house is not far from many things and i would say is just outside of the main town. Esther was very quick to respond to the few questions we had.We had a very nice getaway. Would look to possibly use this rental again if we decide to come back to Tyler.

Summary: Gorgeous property! Exquisite garden in the beautiful historic district, fun to walk around and enjoy all the beautiful mansions that surround you. I would highly recommend this cottage. Not for small children though, as the stairs are very steep and the cottage is full of breakables.
