Summary: The good: The property management was very responsive. The home was as it appears on the website. The beds were comfy and the showers were great. There was ample seating and plenty of parking. The bad: Believe the reviews. The pots are burnt, we actually bought a pot to use - took it with us when we left. The chairs are stained. The worst thing, and the main reason I could never stay there again was the uninvited guests: BUGS. We encountered 4 bugs, believed to be roaches. Three in the kitchen which all met a timely death and one in the hall bathroom which got away. There is just no excuse for that. We did not contact the management team while we were there (we arrived Thursday night and left Sunday morning) because we really didn't think there was anything they could do about it while we were there. This is the reason for the one star on cleanliness. The place had been cleaned and looked clean, but bugs...

Summary: The home is beautifully decorated, color scheme is perfect for the space and the open kitchen and dining room is ideal for family time. There were lots of things pointed out over time however that were clearly an oversight. As mentioned in another person's review, the pots and pans are in horrible shape like they were burned in a fire and then placed right back in the cabinet. We ended up barely cooking which wasn't our plan. The closet in the master bedroom was locked with no place to hang clothes. Same with the den, no garment rack or anything. Chairs in the dining room and outside also need to be cleaned. Coffee machine was broken, no water/ice in the fridge, cannisters for coffee and tea were empty, grease can wasn't emptied. Many things loose in the home that we had to tip-toe around, broken door knobs, loose ceiling fans, closet door off track. Driveway needs ground reflectors or something because our car went over a side ditch and we had to tow it out. Neighbors never interacted with us which we preferred, but next door there is a dog off leash that came over to the property unprovoked. I wanted to love this home 100% but no can do. I hope they fix things going forward as I sent a long detailed email that unfortunately went unanswered, hence this review. Good luck!

Summary: It’s a quiet neighborhood, very secluded. However, the neighbors next to the home have a vicious dog. This made my family very wary about going back and fourth to the vehicles and enjoying the outside of the property. Overall, the home is nice and clean and the property manager communication was superb.

Summary: This home was about as spotless as any VRBO I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in upwards of 30 of them. Lots of nice touches like water in the fridge, shampoo and body wash in the showers, and lots of nice furnishings, blanket throws, and other things that made it even more homey then we are used to. The communication from The Host was second to none. I always appreciate knowing exactly what is expected of me, and what we can expect of the host. Everything was very professional. It was an extremely quiet and beautiful setting, as well. All in all, an outstanding experience!
