Summary: This cozy house had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked and it was a great location for our purposes to visit family in Ferndale. It could use a few minor fixes but overall a good stay for the piece and location. Thank you!

Summary: We have stayed in many different houses, and this one stood out as the best kept and cleanest. There were so many cconsiderate touches and amenities available to us from the host. We only stayed for one night, but it was a very good experience. The host was very responsive to changing our reservation, when I needed to, and helped facilitate the change.

Summary: A lovely property! The home was clean and welcoming for us. The beds were comfortable and the location worked out great for easy access to friends in nearby suburbs. There was also easy access to downtown for Detroit events. The only negative we experienced was a lot of car noise and some drag racing on a nearby street Friday night. This is certainly nothing the host can address. I think it just comes with being in the large city. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Summary: The only problem we had was that we checked in after 8pm and couldn't see the house number. I could've relayed this to the host but we didn't know when we'd get there. I suggest leaving an exterior light on just in case for late arrivals. And there was no soap in the bathroom (bottle was about empty and looked like someone added water). I bring my own soap so no need to contact host. Other than that, we had a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet, back yard is awesome but we didn't get to use fire or hangout there, didn't have time.

Summary: This house worked perfectly for our group of friends that needed a stop off place for the night on our way to the Upper Peninsula. It wasn't large but had obviously recently been remodeled so was quite attractive.
