Positive: This apartment is really nicely decorated, much more quirky and interesting than other places we have stayed in KL. It has everything you could possibly need - plenty of cutlery, glasses, bowls and cups, enough towels, loads of pillows and cushions, some toiletries, even complimentary snacks! The apartment is also clean and comfortable. The TV connects to Netflix or YouTube if you like. There are cool city views from the windows and balcony. The location is really good. You can reach the nearby mall in a few minutes, which also connects you to the LRT station. From there you can travel to KLCC or Bangsar fairly easily. There is a Chinese vegetarian restaurant within walking distance too. The building is well maintained with a lovely large pool and waterslide. Great communication with the owner and very clear instructions for finding the place and picking up keys.
Negative: The air conditioning in the main bedroom could do with some maintenance but it was still useable. The balcony looks nice but it's not really possible to sit out there due to the air conditioning unit blowing hot air on you. However this is very often the case with balconies in KL and at least you can still dry laundry out there.

Positive: What I really like about this homestay is how friendly and helpful the owner is — always keeping us updated with all the info we need. The place is super clean, cozy, and very comfortable for my family. The location is also super convenient — really close to PWTC and the LRT station. It’s easy to find food too, either by ordering Grab or just walking over to Sunway Putra Mall. Loved our stay here!

Positive: My stay was absolutely delightful! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect which next to Sunway Putra shopping mall. A major plus was the **dedicated car parking space**—it made arriving and exploring the area so much easier. Sandra was an exceptional host—responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. I truly appreciated the little details that made my stay special. I would happily book again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Positive: Spacious, nicely furnished apartment. Two separate bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, but there was a second bathroom attached to the living room. Everything needed was there, like a drinking water machine for hot and cold drinking water, microwave oven, coffee & tea etc. Wifi was working well. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and responsive and gave clear instructions for self check-in and check-out, which worked very well. The pool in the common area on the 3rd floor was big and clean. There's a mall with restraurants and a big supermarket and a metro station nearby.
Negative: The a/c in the smaller bedroom wasn't working very well, but we reported the problem and the owner will look into it (a/c in the living room and big bedroom worked perfectly fine). Two key cards are provided, which made the wardens at the main entrance ask us questions because we were three adult people. But when we said we are one family they let us pass and after two days they seemed to already know us :-D Both wasn't a big deal for us in the end.

Positive: The facilities all are great. It is difficult to find host that would provide cuckoo (water filter) but this property has it. It really helpful since I have a toddler.
Summary: Great and luxurious experience. Kids and family friendly.

Positive: We chose this place due to the location. Never thought the house exceeded my expectations. Location : less than 5 minutes walk to Sunway Putra Mall , 5 minutes walking to Putra WTC. Safe to walk. The house is exceptional clean, cosy, suitable for family. Fully equipped for short stay. Definitely a good choice with reasonable price to stay.
