Summary: I had to come to St. Louis for a foot surgery not offered in my state, but also tried to make the best of things during my kids’ spring break. This property checked all the boxes, & it’s even nicer than the pictures. The location was quiet & felt safe, had a great park within walking distance, a huge backyard, & a roomy basement with games & toys for the whole family. The host was friendly & communicated quickly. The complimentary coffee was greatly appreciated! My only suggestion would be to have a few extra blankets on hand, as my family has varying preferences for where they like the thermostat lol, & a small footstool in the main bathroom would also be a great addition. The property was a short drive to downtown STL (the City Museum is a must), but also had multiple options close by for family entertainment. Amp Up & Sky Zone were two places my kids enjoyed with my parents while I was at my appointments. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property is just as it’s listed. This was the perfect place for two small families to stay together. The basement allowed extra room for the kids/teens to hang out and relax. The property owner was very kind and great with communication. This is a suburb and a quaint place with active days and quiet nights. We will definitely stay here again!
