Summary: The house is exocentric and elaborately decorated. It was clean and well maintained. some suggestions: put air fresheners in the house is it smell musty? The front door handle doesn’t work properly, as it’s hard to turn and got locked out. some lightbulbs were out in various parts throughout the house instructions with the beach tags would’ve been nice Basic things like cards or games would be nice to have more toilet paper

Summary: Charming and VERY clean home in excellent location. Great communication with the property manager - we had an issue (of our own creation) and he was right on it. Definitely recommend.

Summary: Had a fantastic stay. The house was just as pictured, with plenty of space for everyone. This is clearly a home that the owners love and care for meticulously. Fantastic location, near many great restaurants and bars. For anyone concerned about the .5 mile walk to the beach (which is a straight shot, and certainly manageable) we found that parking was abundant closer to the beach, and we were easily able to go back and forth, which was a very pleasant surprise. All mattresses had foam toppers which was a nice touch, though some of the beds could benefit from a refresh. Vincent was lovely, and very accommodating! Overall an excellent stay. I would certainly stay again!

Summary: The property was very clean and in a convenient location! The only thing we had an issue with was the dry air in the house and the AC seemed to not be working downstairs. We had 8 people staying at the house with us and we had plenty of room for everyone. The property manager was easy to get in touch with as well and very responsive to my questions!

Summary: Absolutely gorgeous house. Exactly like photos house & property well maintained. Vincent was an amazing host and answered all my questions promptly. A lot of ammenties already on premise that were a nice convience to have available (highchair, blowdryer, washer/dryer) Some suggestions to thibk about for future families is beach supplies (Umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, wagon) but obviously not a requirement. The only negative is I would have liked to have additional pillows & comforters available for the beds. Wasn't a problem for me though cause I just took from the rooms thats were not occupied. Thanks again looking to plan another trip in the future!

Summary: This house is a great location in Bay Head - an easy and beautiful 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the heart of Bay Head and its beach and surrounded by other lovely homes. We stayed here with our kids and our cousins and their kids -- the house basically has two primary bathrooms with en suite bathrooms, one on each floor, with other bedrooms and another bathroom on each floor, making it ideal for two families with kids. And the upstairs primary bedroom has a gigantic walk-in closet, which is actually a perfect spot to put a pack n' play for an infant to sleep -- freeing up other bedrooms for other family members. The owner also was easy to contact by phone call and so kind and flexible regarding our request for early checkin and late check out. I note room for improvement on the linens -- there were very few towels, especially for a rental at the beach, and pillows on the beds.
