Summary: Nice house in a nice area, but missing some basic amenities that travelers expect. No shampoo or body wash in the bathrooms and no coffee in kitchen. Also the threat of going over the allotted energy usage the whole time was BS. Did not find that to be a very friendly or fair policy after the premium nightly rate. Good features for families traveling with babies and toddlers, but the house

Summary: The place is as advertised . Pool area is great and the location is as good as you can get in Naples Park. Walk to restaurants on the beach (Ritz, Turtle Club, etc.) w/in half mile and then plenty others w/in a mile towards Mercato. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had an amazing stay. The home and pool/hot tub are as described. Easy beach access and all the amenities you need. Marion is very communicative and quick to respond with any questions. Would recommend to anyone coming to Naples for a visit!

Summary: My husband and I stayed here over the holidays with our 5 month old baby and his parents. The cozy house was well suited for us with the baby supplies, pool/hot tub, and proximity to the beach. The host was responsive to any questions/concerns we had during our stay.

Summary: Home is a pleasant walk to Vanderbilt beach. It was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed for our stay. The pool and spa are like a backyard resort. Marion was a wonderful host and responded promptly to all of our questions. Even silly ones. We very much hope to stay here again.

Summary: We were attending a wedding at the Ritz over the weekend and this was a fantastic rental for the weekend. Easy access to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and the home had lots of beach chairs and beach towels to make it easy.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay! The house was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. The garage had plenty of pool toys and beach gear, which made our time here even more enjoyable. Despite being close to neighbors, the pool area felt private and secluded. The host was super responsive and incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If we return to the area, we will definitely check to see if this place is available first!
