Summary: Just like the photos, near the beach can walk through the Public Access 23 and 24. The air conditioner is quite noisy, the rest of everything is good at the price you pay.

Summary: Husband and I evacuated from Clearwater as Hurricane Milton made it's arrival. I work remotely for a hospital in Maryland, and could not risk losing power at home, as I process payroll for approximately 600 nurses and nursing staff. I booked this location and am very pleased. While the unit isn't very large, it's exactly as advertised and more than adequate for two adults for a four night getaway. Very clean unit with well-maintained grounds and neighbors who were very quiet. Fast and reliable internet, which was imperative for me. Walking distance to various restaurants and activities, and across the street from the beach. I had an issue when attempting to check in, and the Owner was incredibly nice, helpful, and fast to respond. If you're looking to get away for a few days, I highly recommend. Thank you for your generosity!
