Negative: I didnt like going up a ladder for the bed and the door for the room lock on inside was broken so was unable to close door all way to my room till i put a sock to keep it closed.

Positive: The title of this property was spot on. Wow is this home stunning. You can tell this sweet family put SO much love into this home!! I’m talking incredible wallpaper, so much lovely artwork and fixtures. Just beautiful! The family was very accommodating, friendly and made us feel right at home. This is a special experience as the family lives at the property with its guests. They are the sweetest people!! The neighborhood felt like a honeycomb, endless things to do and see and in a beautiful area. This home is within walking distance to many unique coffee shops, food markets, historic sites and within biking distance of all the traditional Philly experiences. I’d recommend leaving your car at home and enjoying the city on foot or bike like my family did. Give this gem a visit. You’ll be glad you did.

Positive: Very charming indeed ! Clean, quaint and in a very safe neighborhood. The husband and wife live on the property and were very accommodating to re arranging a mattress for me due to a recent Knee surgery. As a guest there you are free to come and go as you please with a security code. Respectfully, there are quiet time hours from 11pm until 7am. I personally felt so very welcomed and respected and I will absolutely, definitely stay there from now on the next time I'm in Philly.
