Positive: Everything was perfect, everything was up to date and i had no issues with anything, the only odd thing was the door connected to the bedroom that led outside seemed out of place but other then that everything was great.
Negative: The driveway was a little tight, especially if you house someone who drives a lifted truck like me. Takes a few turns to get in, maybe remove the stump thats next to the wooded fence that’s right next to the drive to go past the house instead of parking.

Positive: I love the close proximity to the Von Braun Center. For a first timer staying in a short term home renter, the owner was patient with me opening the lock box.
Negative: The bed was uneven. One side was much lower than the other side of the bed. The mattress toper was larger than the mattress which also contributed to the lopsided bed. My mom slept on the good side and I slept on the couch.
Summary: I will keep this house in mind for my next visit for Oakwood Alumni Homecoming.
