Positive: Location is 10-15 mins drive to all the main attractions (i.e. Pike Market, Starbucks Reserve, Space Needle, Golden Park, Seward Park). House was very clean and comfortable. kitchen is equipped with basic amenities in case you wanted to cook. There's on site parking, but we opted for street parking, we usually found parking within 5 mins.

Negative: Not too much that can be controlled, but the street level noise can be kind of loud for some--especially since there is a bus stop right in front--recommend ear plugs

Positive: Location and definitely a charming house! Updated kitchen and super comfortable living room. Felt very nostalgic

Negative: By a bus stop, so a little noisy but we mostly managed to sleep through it. Definitely not an issue that would make us not go back. The parking is extremely tight and hard to get out of. I have a Mazda CX9 and the length was fine but had to let people out to park, about 2 inches on each side. City living!

Positive: A beautiful home - great kitchen! - in a beautiful location. We were in walking distance of lots of great food and a grocery store.

Negative: Watch out for tiny stairs! Older home for sure, but in truth, for us, nothing to dislike.

Positive: House was beautiful inside. Was very close to main transit so it was easy to get around city.

Negative: There was a lot of street noise all day and night. TV in bedroom doesn't work unless your able to figure out you can turn on by power button on the side. Even then, only gets 6 channels and none of them very good. The converter brand doesn't match the TV brand. We couldn't figure out how to make the lights in the entrance way work.

Summary: Other than the couple of items noted above, we enjoyed our stay. House is lovely.
