Summary: This place was great. It has 4 medium sized bedrooms and 2 full baths with a decent sized fenced in yard. The house comes with a full kitchen, laundry, wifi and a seating area with a fire pit in the back yard. It also has a tv with access to Apple TV and prime. It is located just off of 17th ave sw in the shaganappi neighbourhood. A 5 minute drive east on 17 will take you to a bunch of bars and restaurants. Or you can walk 5 minutes to the metro station on Bow Trail and go downtown if you’re not driving. We had one issue with the tv not working. We contacted the host and they delivered a new tv the next day. This place had everything we needed. We highly recommend!!

Summary: We were in town for meetings and a celebration of life for two nights. Being in a convenient location was very important and this was perfect. Close to so many great Calgary areas. The house is older and has great character. We will be back.

Summary: We stayed for the weekend as we had a concert to go to in Calgary. From booking to checking out, everything was great. Communication with the host was on time, and host was very helpful. House is very well kept, clean, and the location can't be beat. House also has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was 10 mins to downtown Calgary, and close by the river trails, and I was able to run there in the mornings. House is also close to convenience stores, coffee shops and several restaurants within 4 blocks. Highly recommend.

Summary: Older home in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Home has been restored/basement developed.Good access to roadways. Washer and Dryer work well. Beds comfortable, lots of hot water. Neighborhood felt safe when we walked our dogs. Although fenced dogs are not allowed to pee on the lawn, backyard or front yard so my dogs did not use the yard except to pee in the dirt. Some areas of the home needed maintenance or cleaning which was communicated to the owner when we left. Overall our stay was not bad; enough room for the 4 of us for sure.

Summary: The house was perfect for what we needed. Stayed for two nights and it's super cute and central to a lot of things around Calgary you'd want to do for fun. The host communicated everything very well that was needed and we had zero problems during our stay. Thanks Dante!

Summary: Loved: 1) proximity to where our event venue was (Hyatt Regency) 2) proximity to Chinatown 3) very quiet neighbourhood 4) easy parking in back and on street 5) the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - many rental homes have only ONE bathroom, even for up to 10 people!! 6) one of the most complete kitchen setups I’ve seen/experienced 7) Dante was very attentive and was very quick to respond to any concerns/comments we had Quirks that come with an older home: 1) floors and door hinges squeak 2) some of the floors were not vacuumed very well under the bed (not the owner’s fault but the fault of the cleaning staff) 3) the dishwasher door squeaks VERY loudly General: 1) it snowed heavily while we were here but the shovelling that was promised wasn’t done very well (not the owner’s fault as he contracts this out to others) Would stay here again and highly recommend this rental property (would probably bring WD40 with us for the door hinges next time! lol)
