Summary: Upon booking, received message from the host saying they are changing our property as the one we booked extended their stay. New property we went to was clean to the average eye, but as being a General Contractor who specializes in remodels, it was clear this property just went under a very poorly or even cheap update. Work was not completed in some areas, interior paint was poorly done, floors unlevel, closet shelves not fully installed, uneven cabinets in kitchen, vent hood non filtered. We did not make any of these a complaint to the host, but what we did have complaints on was the lack of working wifi, not a single tv in the house would turn on, and shower had no water. Host responded to our messages for a couple days but never resolved the tv or wifi issues. finally stopped responding to us. I sent my crew to a hotel and contacted VRBO to refund our remaining 3 nights that we wont be staying there due to the issues and have had zero luck hearing back from the host or VRBO. best to stick with the other booking sites that can not be named in here as VRBO is making me edit this review for naming them

Summary: The ranch house was perfect for our gathering of 5 adults to visit an OSU student ceremony. Close enough to walk to down town (in cooler weather) and easy to get wherever needed .
